Dr. Dileep Singh founded D-Multifidus Sports Physiotherapy Centre in Thiruvananthapuram with a clear purpose: to bring elite-level sports rehabilitation standards to every patient who walks through the door. With over 19 years of hands-on experience in clinical physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, he built D-Multifidus on the belief that recovery should address the root cause, not just mask the symptoms.
Dr. Dileep Singh holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT, 2005) and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT, 2001) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, along with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy (D.Y.T). His academic foundation is complemented by advanced training in sports sciences, biomechanics, kinesiology, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.

Dr. Dileep Singh served as Team Physiotherapist for the Kerala State Cricket Team (2006–2013), working across first-class cricket with responsibilities spanning injury management, on-field assessment, rehabilitation, fitness conditioning, sports psychology, and nutrition.
